Yeh. I get that. There is a bit of a depression after on occasion. Compared to after banging when, if done right, the is a massive experience of elation.I always speak for myself and from what i've notice, nofap brings only positive effects. I already feel the gap after faping and currently i feel on my lowest potential.
Exactly this. Every time i fck a female, i feel like i can fck everything and that I'm the boss. Testo is on the peak and i can feel only positive things .The exact opposite happens when you fap.Yeh. Gonna power through. Day 3. It's good for will-power. Gonna go out at the weekend and get laid as to reward myself!
They have VR porn on the way, good God.Exactly this. Every time i fck a female, i feel like i can fck everything and that I'm the boss. Testo is on the peak and i can feel only positive things .The exact opposite happens when you fap.
Yesterday when i broke my strike , i had some thoughts like "I don't care to fck any chick ever again in my life" and stupid things like this.
Not to mention a huge negativity with everything. I couldn't even focus on simple stuff.
This is how much masturbation fcks you up.
Thinking about these effects, it's not hard to relate masturbation with the increased percentage of feminists in the last decade, I mean i see everywhere on the internet masturbation to be promoted and considered good and it's only going to drain you. I can't think of a better weapon to make every man in the world a miserable fat beta.
Ummmm, 70 relapses kinda sorta doesn't allow you to say you've been on nofap. You don't get the sobriety chip for one year unless it's 365 consecutive days....lolDay 12
I've been on nofap for over a year now but have been very unsuccessful. I have an app that tracks how long its been and I've relapsed over 70 times. This time I finally feel like I'm going to do it.
Just say you are giving up.So, Day 9 is completed, but all I've really noticed is an increased sex drive. I'm as horny as a 14 year old. Wouldn't say that it's really making any improvements to my life. I have a pretty much guaranteed lay coming up on Saturday, and I'm beginning to become a little concerned that I will blow my load as soon as I stick it in her, which won't be much fun. Also would say that my standards seem to be decreasing slightly, probably about a point. 6s becoming 7s. 7s becoming 8s. 8s to 9s etc. Gonna drop this early.
Really, if I've learned anything from this, it's that, like anything else in life, masturbation is best in moderation. If you're jerking it 10x a day then you may have a problem and nofap is probably good for you. 2-3 times per week though? You're fine.
Probably true. I still say it's best that you ensure your life has at least one very willing sexual partner so you never have to "take care of yourself", because she desires to.So, Day 9 is completed, but all I've really noticed is an increased sex drive. Why bother asking others what their results are when you aren't open to results that don't support your preconceived notions about it? Sorry buddy, but that's how scientific research works. You have to be open to accepting the data that doesn't support your hypothesis along with the rest.Just say you are giving up.
Thanks
