All those examples were definitely insults. You're taking it too far, like what Amante commented earlier if you're going to be so blunt at least do it on an obvious strength.

The key here imo is to use HUMOR.

Another thing that's easy (I do it all the time) is steal her lines.

Here are some (bad) examples (after all, I have no context to the examples you gave):

Me: Are you signed up to one of those dating websites? Because I'm sure I've heard that line before.

Did you see what I did there...they're not exactly insults, but they're "put downs" wrapped up in humor.
