I actually use non-sequitur game to re-initiate with a plate that has gone cold. It typically works only once with each plate. I've experimented with different short, seemingly innocent mistaken texts to see which one provoke responses.

The one "mistaken" text that gets 100% response rate is simply texting the word "No"
