I deleted tinder like a week ago and I noticed I started feeling better. This morning, I decided to delete snapchat because I was hooked on the app and it also made me feel like ass. After a day without it, I definitely feel better. I ran today and instead of thinking about revenge or how I'm going to be some Mr. Hotshot on snapchat, I thought about positive things. In addition, my back muscles are starting to feel better. I'm definitely never going to redownload snapchat ever again. For Facebook, I deactivated my account, but decided to just delete the bums from my friends list. I will most likely end up deactiviting my account though.
