Age 34 - Last year a man can date 18 year old women
Age 38 - Last year a man can be an athlete without discussing retirement
Age 39 - Last year a woman can bear children without worrying about Down's syndrome

I don't see myself agreeing with you much after the age 21 part, especially about age 28. Now I don't know what you mean by "mission in life" but if it deals with finding a profession, I would say early 20s (age 20 specifically) is ideal and 25 is probably the latest. Very easy to fall behind your peers once you hit that age and they have not already found their life's calling but are now seeing the rewards of their labor pay off.

IMO, a lot of guys in their 20s should focus a good bit of their energy on their careers and look towards getting ones they can excel in as well as see high payoffs in. The whole 30 is the new 20 deal is a load of nonsense.
