i'm a pretty nice guy. **** with me, REALLY **** with me if you want and i can, and will ujtterlly destroy someone, without having to lift a finger

who also knows literally everything about you from the ****ing nose sururty you had that you hope no one notices on your left foot to the fact that you abuse xanax lol

this ***** thought it was a ****ing game lol. i didn't say **** when she didn't pay for the 5k website we built for her. i didnt' say **** when she called the police and told them i was 'threatening her"

i just made a website with her full name as the URL and put about..50 pages of **** from the fact that she hates her parents, cheated on her husband, laughs at her boss who orders pornos at work, hates her best friend, wishes her older brother would die, and that she's a cheap skate ***** lol on the website.

it didn't take 1 day for her to find it and call me calling me every name in the book. now instead of me giving you a 75% discount, now ***** you paying the full ****ing amount. and she paid it. she hates my guts but dammit i just went and bought my wife some clohtes and i got 2 k to **** with this weekend that literally came from no where lol. **** that ***** lol.

in 33 years i've learned one thing. women don't understand niceness or kindness. one thing. ruthlessness. my wife knows when i say she is either home at 12am or or she can sleep outside, i'm literally not joking.better stop by target and buy some camping gear lol

I'm all for stuff like this when it comes to my personal life. Fvck with me, I'll fvck you back 3 times as hard. But in business? That could potentially ruin your reputation.

i didn't say **** when she didn't pay for the 5k website we built for her. i didnt' say **** when she called the police and told them i was 'threatening her"
Why did she have the website before she paid for it? I'm guessing she called the police because you were hounding her for payment. Cash before goods is the way it works. It sounds like you practically gave her the site and suggested a donation of 5k.

Bad business only creates more bad business.

(Backbreaker is one of my favorite people on here, so I mean this constructively....)

He's lucky he didn't get sued for libel, slander, intentional infliction of emotional distress, cyber-bullying, or anything else. When someone owes you money, get a lawyer and sue. Or better yet, write your own damn complaint and sue them without a lawyer. Don't commit a revenge crime to extort your money back.

Agree in theory but this isnt't really how real world works though.

It's quite rare to be paid entirely in advance of work performed, especially for B2B services. Although doing all the work when there is a relatively large fee involved ($5k) is a bit of a schoolboy error.

I have a large contract coming up ($15k) and I've agreed with the client that he will be billed in stages. This is probably the best approach for larger peices of work.

I don't think he even made a contract, if he had he could have his money with some pluses on it if he had.

what I think was he jsut take her word for it, and unfortunaly you can't take people work for anything, get everything you can on paper, better be safe then sorry later

If you don't have a contract when $5k is at stake then you're stupid. Either that or OP is simply not declaring his income to the government and thinks not invoicing clients will help, which doesn't really make sense either.

I"m more the type who would drive by her place, for the rest of her life, putting holes in tires, windows and body metal. I believe in getting back at LEAST 10 to one and you are fool to let anyone (especially a woman) get into you for even 10% that much money. Make them pay an upfront fee, always and more as you do more work.
