Kim West, 51, has been in a relationship with her biological son Ben Ford, 32, for two years and believe they are ‘meant to be’ after she was forced to give him up foradoption just a week after he was born.

But the couple, who say their sex life is ‘incredible’ and are planning to get married, insist their relationship is not incest, the New Day reports.

With cattle, we call that "line-breeding." Brother and sister would be in-breeding, but line-breeding is a valid technique. The idea is that one line has just such great genes that you don't need any more genetic diversity to produce good offspring. Looking at the two of them, I'd guess their line could stand for a little genetic improvement, and thus line-breeding would not be ideal.
