I can relate a lot to what you talk about, myself being latino as well and I also have been living in Miami for 7 years, I do admit that the culture shock is quite tough and it did get to me at the beginning when I arrived here. However, its how you improve yourself, and how you work around with what you have. What I mean is for example here in Miami there is tons of superficial, plastic and stuck up women but not everywhere. You have to know where you hang out, if you go to expensive south beach clubs you know what you will find there. Now, if you go to meetups for a sport or hobby you like, to church (if your religious at all), or frequent a starbucks, barnes and nobles etc. and just start normal conversations without expectations your results might improve. I cant say I'm a successful guy with women and perhaps that why I'm here, but the complaining about the place, accounting women for everything and all other external factors for not having success, I got over that already. Work on yourself all the time and in your spare time practice approaching anywhere with no expectations. Now, I am all in for any so suave members in the S. Florida area to hangout and perhaps help each other, have fun and meet women if any of you are interested we could all benefit from it.
