There's lots of ways for a chick to know what you're doing, I seriously doubt she hacked your phone. I believe you're growing paranoid. Do you have any solid evidence of being hacked or do you just assume that to explain it because it's unlikely but still possible? If you got another phone there's no way she can do it, as for evidence I'm thinking of virus scans or something.

With the voice recorder you don't get caught and you don't reveal your source, you simply do it for your own validation.

#1 and #4 are the most important

1. If you have to ask how to hack you wouldn't understand the explanation. (Imagine asking someone how to perform a lobotomy or a quadruple bypass in the heart)

2. If someone says something like "here just run this program" it's either some script kiddie nonsense that has been patched by everything major for 10 years OR its a virus that'll infect your stuff.

3. You can just Google for tutorials and see what you get(use incognito/in private at the very least. If you wanna be decent use the program Tor or a proxy of some kind.)

4. No self respecting person would just take you back after dumping them especially for something they didn't do or that isn't their fault, finding out she really cheated would just hurt you more, and finding out she didn't actually cheat would just make you feel guilty and upset that you drove away a perfectly good girl and cant get her back.
