Working with women

It sucks. In the past I purposely gravitated towards jobs where it's mainly men. Even when I joined the military I chose 0311 because women aren't allowed.

Now I work in a corporate franchise drug/ convenience store. One you probably frequent.

Many of them are always late. Many have very poor work ethic. Even the ones that work hard and try, which I respect, are like emotionally unstable. I can't even be their friend (I'm far more attractive btw) because they're so emotionally inconsistent and I can't trust a person who's like that.

They complain constantly. I want to just say "shut the fvck up and do your job you little cry baby, you're not a special little snow flake, if you were hot you wouldn't be working here".

Naturally most of the managers are males.

Affirmative action has ruined the work place. Don't get me wrong if a woman is as capable and disciplined then they are cool. But most of them are not.

In my personal experience most women work hard because they still have something to prove. They're still relatively new and eager to infiltrating the workplace, so they just seem to be more motivated than their male counterparts.

I personally find myself either completely ignoring workplace women or showering them with adoration and respect. This includes business and pleasure. Of course I use more diplomacy and tact in business matters. But the DJ mindset is always at my core, and the key for me is to adapt accordingly

So just stroking their egos more will help?

I disagree - women r a pita in my biz always more politics than work. Don't hold them accountable - the white knights will rush in and u will lose.

Anyway DJ mindset. It's still a woman. Make agreeing sounds every time they yap. Sharing food and recipes is always a bonding point. Make the conversation about them and describe their emotions.

Agree with this level 9000. Infact I can't agree any more because I'd have to write the word 1000 times... the only reason women get into management in the first place is because some dumb white knight put them there. Had this happen recently at a part-time job site that I was on...

I would say, don't associate with them whatsoever. Maybe try and get into a line of work that hasn't got women. Trades or Trucking are usually safe bets. Find ways that you can rip more women off Women love offices because they can sit in relative comfort and do-fcuk all, then complain and do their best to have you fired when you ask them nicely to do their job. All of the businesses I've ever worked for completely tanked when women were brought on-board. Get a CDL dude, Schneiders will pay for it and in 3 years you could be grossing 150k/year.

That always comes out when they like you a bit.... "oh AND listen to THIS, I WAS RAPED by my ex.... blah blah blah [not doing job] and that's why I don't trust men anymore." Then when you tell them you are in fact a man and trustworthy they ignore that and go on about their story or if in front of a group get noticeably pissed off. If a woman doesn't like SOMETHING you've said, she will find a way to get you fired. I worked with this one girl who had her triple XXX jacket 'stolen' at work, automatically blamed me and went to the supervisor. He came right up to me and asked me to stop playing games and give her the jacket. Of course I never took her jacket, I have enough blankets already but she had no remorse or guilt about making up this lie. Every time I had to be with her she would point to me and say "You took it didn't you!!!" while the supervisor was near us. Eventually the supervisor, being a complete and total white knight, became so confrontational and bossy, I had to quit. And good for her, mission accomplished.

The only thing you can do is to get out of there. After I left the office I felt as if a huge weight had been lifted off my back.... stress can kill you man. And no job is worth that kind of 'mind your p's and q's' torture. The more women get into the job, it seems the more hardcore leftist men will be brought on board.

Women need white knights and betas like insect queens need worker drones. They can't really do sh!t without them, and they make as many of them as they can. Actually come to think of it the ideal feminist society is probably shaped much like an ant colony. You have the queens, which the colony revolves around serving. Then everyone else is a worker that lives only to toil for their queen, or a soldier that crushes any opposition to the queen. But that leaves them with the pesky problem of how they're gonna procreate, they can't do it with their workers or soldiers, so they bring in male drones under close guard of their slaves. The drone appears, inseminates them and then conveniently dies.

It's funny because one of my co workers claimed she was sexually harassed by her last manager (she transferred from another store). But she just looks kind of shell shocked you know looks rough. She's one of biggest complainers also. I always tell her "it's not that bad, this job is easy".

After doing roofing, landscaping, cleaning out and maintaining foreclosed homes, welding fabricating ect etc, this job is easy. These little girls have never done a hard days work in their life.

Let's put them on a roof and have them tear it off in 25 degree weather or have them shovel 8 yards of gravel or sand or dirt all day. They wouldn't be able to. Even If they could mentally push themselves to stick with it and not give up, they'd get hurt.

Honestly you guys are too nice. My last job i told this ***** either shut the fuk up or stuff a **** in her mouth because she was spreading ill will at the job. **** a harrassment charge
