I made a girl angry over the holiday because I didn't ask her out and now she was very pissed off on Monday. I got a notice from my boss she complained to her boss.

Overall, I don't think I did anything wrong. My boss agree she was unreasonable. And even her boss said she was angry and he wanted to help give me some protection from her.

So far I have blocked her from social media and I an doing an extreme version of the no contact rule since Monday. I think she noticed my behavior and I noticed her trying to catch my attention again. ie walking by in a tight sweater.

However I'm very resolve in this. She did this out of spite and I see this as a huge No No even if it may be **** test. I am full on no contact.

My question is...Did I do the right thing?

You did the right thing.

What she did puts your job in jeopardy. 'Hostile workplace' complaints are very serious. Your boss and the management of your employer cannot ignore such complaints.

Never speak to her or pay her any attention ever. She redlined herself. Act as though she's dead.

plus file a complain about her, 2 can play this game, tell your boss she comes to your office, and she shouldn't even go close to you

Lol. What exactly did she complain about? Any specific incident? I'm guessing her boss also realizes how petty she is being, but has to follow policy.

This is just another example of why messing around with coworkers is a bad idea. If you need your job, it's not a good idea to jeopardize it or set yourself up for a hostile work environment once sh*t goes downhill.

She didn't give a reason except I was bothering her. I still like her. It's just i am angry right now. I see us dating but want to find a way to protect myself first.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Why would you still want to date after what she's done. You must be nuts.

REALLY?? So, she complains to her boss about you and puts your job in danger, and you STILL think this should be a relationship??

Thanks - I needed the laugh this morning

Was there any paper trail of this incident, like a form filled out at work? The paper trail is very important. You always want to do everything you can to spike it in your favor. If you get written up, you should get a space on the form to tell your side of the story. The nuclear option is to claim that you have some sort of alternative sexual identity, and she is the one harassing you for rejecting her advances.

I didn't ask this girl out for christmas or new years. Now she acting extremely rude to me. Said to leave her alone and she doesn't want to talk to me. I'm not sure if she mad but I am the only person in the office she is being rude and cold to. What do I do now? Do what a b*tch would and file a complaint with HR. As a matter of fact, I strongly advise it before she gets on some vindictive sh*t. Girl is Mad I Didn't Ask Her Out for New Year's, Help! http://www.sosuave.net/forum/index....r-out-for-new-years-help.231145/#post-2307270 Dec 31, 2015
Why would I need to do it. She yelled at me in front of the entire office, so there are witnesses against her. Bit I don't want to do that. I like her I want to make things right. My original plan was to wait until Valentine's to reinitiate contact. Good or bad idea? Rex told you so. Rex (and others,) has told you stupid newbie hard headed muthaf*ckas time and time again not to f*ck with you co-workers because of this vary reason, but cats don't want to listen, now a guy has finally been hit with a sexual harassment suit, or at least a warning from his superiors, which has the working environment that more awkward and uncomfortable.

Yes. We have a lot in common. It's fate.
Lock thread and ban user as a matter of principle.

I don't think so otherwise I would have heard it. The supervisors are on my side. Before the incident I have had very low contact with her.

I'm not uncomfortable. It's more annoying. You can't ban users just because they are incompetant.

But it's fate that you two should be together? Yeah this thread just did a 180. I think her work complaints are valid now. Are you stalking her?

Uncomfortable, annoying, it's all the same difference, which amounts to an unneeded distraction in the workplace.

You can't ban users just because they are incompetent.
Not so much as incompetent, but an unwillingness to listen. If you're not going to listen and continue on the path of incompetency, then why are you here? Like the old folks say, "you can do bad by your damn self."

I'm going to ask her to write a formal letter that she didn't mean to make a compliant if she ever try to reach out. So far I noticed her trying to get my attention instead of avoiding which make me think it was some kind of **** test. This may be good. Sometime you need to make a girl crazy just to see what they will do and then you can start a relationship with. Now I know. It is like burning an old forest down to make way for a new forest. I predict she will get more desperate as Valentine's Day comes up.

So you're going to continue contact with a chick at your job that filed a sexual harassment compliant against you?

No, it's not.

What do you do for a living, how much do you make, and do you like your job?

I predict that you will be unemployed and unemployable by Valentines Day because you have not listened to a single word of response to your dumb-as-a-post behavior at your workplace.
