Im training at rodney insurance to be an agent. I am just in a class at the moment and the girls love me there. I flirt n tease with them and they think i am funny they said. Example one girl i was staring and smiling she said something about wearing a skirt instead and i was smiling she was like hey! i was like what? With a smile And other girl asked how old i was i said too old for you. But, question i have is bout a girl who works there at front desk we dont talk much but, was a time i walked in and gave her lazer eye contact and she just stared back it was like 2 to 3 seconds neither of us smiled i was just nodding my head a lil. I didnt pass my test to liscence she kinda talked to me you pass? I said 66 shes like 4 more points! Id say im above her smv wise shes a little husky but cute i have gotten better shape and personality. Im thinking about asking her out when i pass my test sayin to get us drinks for celebrate. What do yall think? Next week I am gonna try to tease her a little like when i take her trash ima say im not gonna take your trash today or say you gonna turn up new years? I see you. How can i ask her out when i pass my test? i was thinking to before they switch me to other office when i pass, so i wont have to be in the same office she is in so it wont be weird. Opinions?

You're conduct is inappropriate for the workplace. All it will take is for one these broads to be having a bad day or you take this causal, familiar behavior with the wrong broad and the next thing you know, you're being with a sexual harassment suit. In your case it's worse because you've already established a pattern of behavior.

As far as the chick at the front desk, leave her alone, don't f*ck with your co-workers.

Why you so negative? The girls like me and say im funny they love that i keep it 100 and they dont take anything wrong? Also i need practice and tao of badass said to do alot of banter in workplace? Listen when i pass my test they will move me to another office and i wont see any of them again. So wouldnt it be cool i can ask girl out when i move?

My bad I skimmed. I would go for it mate. If I were you I would try to have a conversation and build rapport and then act spontaneous and be like "oh I'm doing this do you want to come?"

I dont know i dont interact with her much im gonna start next week i just noticed this week she start talking to me about test and i give her eye contact she looked for like 3 seconds didnt look away. Im gonna try tease her and talk a little more next week.

I wouldn't go for that unless you're very confident because it doesn't sound serious and sounds like you're being coy in asking her out. How about during conversation you say, "hey i'm moving office next week so i won't see you again. want to come for a celebratory drink if i pass my test?" Basically, be a bit more direct than that.

Usually it's not sexual harrassment until you continue to pursue it after she tells you no if you ask her out. The harrassment part comes when you keep trying afterwards...

To be honest mate, I think you need to read a lot more on game if you're asking. This is your call. If you're worried the rejection will make it awkward then yeah wait till you're about to move.
