Bad idea to go to bars with FWB?

I'm hanging with this girl (FWB). Just to clarify before you jump all over me, we only hang out if there's going to be sex involved. As a rule we don't hangout aside from that and we both know the rules.

However is it a bad idea to hit the bars with this girl and her roommates? She and her friends are fun to get drunk with and she asked if I wanna come get drunk, go out with them, and fvck later. Yes, I could just go bang her after the bars, but I feel like going out with them to the bars first and getting drunk first because it just sounds fun.

Plus, this is a bar I go to alot and there's a lot of cute girls there, and this FWB is hot as hell, so it would definitely not hurt my game with the other girls to be seen hanging with this chick and her cute friends and act almost like a pivot for future lays.

And yes, I do have other plates spinning. Harmless idea or am I getting sucked into the poonami? Thoughts?

3 possibilities:

She hooks up with someone and you get jealous.

You hook up with someone and she gets jealous.

You both hook up with someone and she gets jealous anyway.

I thought it was an unwritten rule that if you're at the bar with someone you're sleeping with (and go to the bar with that person), you don't blatantly try to hook up with other people while you two are there. Light flirting and talking to people is fine, but anything past that, you save for when theyre not there or at least out of eyesight. Plus I'm leaving my car at her place and crashing there.

Maybe I'm just rationalizing but doesn't seem like a terrible idea to me. Even though it isn't ideal.

OP, this one is a judgement call, but as a FWB, go have fun, who cares what happens. Meet other girls, go home with them, if you strike out, then go home with your FWB. Simple as can be. No obligations or requirements here. Just don't act like she's your exlusive girlfriend when you two go out. Give her some distance, and just give no fvcks either way.

I;ve been out with my FWB and her friends many times. Her friends are actually pretty damn cool (cooler than the FWB chick herself ). Just go do it, why do you need to ask here? What's the point of going to a bar with someone if you're not going to leave with them? If your intent is to game chicks and leave with THEM, you might as well go alone. Nothing wrong with talking to and flirting with other chicks while you're there but I just don't see the point in dragging your FWB into something like that.

There should only be two reasons you go to a bar, to pick up chicks or to hang out with friends.

If you take individual cars, it's probably alright(to game and pick up other chicks), if you only take one car, then ehhhhh.

I dunno there's just nothing good that can come of it. I mean you're already hitting it right? So now all her friends are going to inspect you and pass judgement and all while they are testing you. Test #1 most likely will be to see how much you are willing to spend. Maybe they will make passes at you to see if you go for it. If you do you lose, if you don't you lose too. I mean my car was at her place so it was known I'd be crashing with her. And you were a bit off. I went, had a great fvxking time, brought a couple of my guy friends...spent the whole night at the bar drinking and shooting darts. She kept buying me drinks and shots (bought her a few as well). We both agreed that we have great body chemistry, and that we have a good time together with great sex and with no strings attached. Then went back to her place after and she bought pizza for myself and her roommates and we fvcked like rabbits. Woke up, had more sex, she made me coffee, and I went on with my day.

I guess i don't see the issue here. Worst case, it would have been an absolute sh1tshow, there would have been drama, we stop hanging out and i replace her with another girl that's been trying to get with me like the next day and i move on.

No it's all good. I wouldn't have started a thread if i wasn't open to advice. And ya honestly she's super cool and isn't shooting off any red flags. And I'm getting the feeling that she's playing it cool and acting like we're just casual..but her behavior is telling me she's into me more than that. Hitting me up to hangout and go out and do things aside from just fvxking. Her IL is super high every step of the way. The night we went, SHE opened me and basically dragged me into an uber with her and she is always the one hitting me up to chill. We'll see where it goes.

Yea same here. Kind of. Usually I can read a girl pretty quick but this is taking a bit of time for me to completely crack. My DJ instincts tell me that she's exactly what I need in a FWB right now: plenty of sex, doesn't text me constantly, is generous, very hot yet not well rounded enough in terms of personality for me to fall for her romantically, completely cool with remaining in "limbo", which is where I love to be unless I'm head over heels for a girl. However she doesn't mind hanging out aside from sex (so long as it culminates in us banging), which is honestly fun yet throws me off. I'll just have to see how it plays out and stay weary.

It's just weird because I'm not sure how to treat the fact that we both go out a lot downtown and frequent the same bars and I'm unsure how to address this because I'd like to avoid either of us seeing each other macking on someone else in public. We're inevitably going to run into each other drunk. In my mind, the best course of action is to not worry about it in general when I go out. Maybe a quick "hey are you going out tonight?" And/or "Which bars?" Texts so that we know whether to avoid a bar if possible or whether we want to meet up. To be fair, we're past the age where we drunkenly, messily makeout with strangers in public. Most of my pulls from the bar have been seemingly normal talking/flirting with a girl, pulling the number and then arranging the logistics to end the night with each other. So even if we were at the same bar, I could probably still game if she's in the same bar and I'd hope shed have the class to do the same and not play jealousy games.
