How about the rucksack?

I made a makeshift rucksack with 40 pounds of weights put into a durable camping backpack with straps and back support. It’s a straight up walking workout.

My schedule is really busy that’s why I was just doing sprints. With just a few minutes of quick sprints it gets the cardio pumping and mouth watering. Drinking that water that forms in the mouth is a serious key to keeping healthy.

Sometimes I also do jump roping and have a few different techniques for that. It’s a great workout that gets the mouth watery and cardiovascular pumping.
Don't use a rucksack for long periods of time unless you want serious back issues. Get a weighted vest, well worth the investment.

Rucksacks do not distribute weight properly like a weighted vest does and it leads to injury. There is a reason many more people in the military are injured due to carrying equipment around every year than are injured in combat.

I have a 60lb adjustable one and a 30lb joggers one that I use for varying purposes.

Is that so common in your routine?
There is no set routine.
Sometimes he can go with me, sometimes he's busy. Sometimes I'm away on business somewhere else, sometimes he is away for his stuff. Relax man. Seriously.

If you wake up super early to go on a long walk (I’m talking like up at 3am and walking from 5-8am) you will not need as much sleep. As demonstrated, I am waking up at 3am, doing a set of pushups first thing out of bed and then getting dressed and cleaned up for a 5am departure of walking around town.

Seriously think I’m on to something. I don’t get tired anymore and I need a lot less sleep. Of course I’m sort of excited about my life in general as well. That helps too. I mean if your life sucks you’re going to sleep a lot and certainly not taking 3 hour walks before the break of dawn.

But I carry a book and a backpack. No phone. And then do a pitstop for peppermint tea somewhere followed by 7am mass and after that I’m walking an hour home. By the time I’m home the rest of the town is just waking up but I feel invigorated.

Everyday between 5:30 and 6 AM is when I get up (work or not). Most of the days I go to a park not far from where I live and I stretch, exercise etc for an hour. By the end I am usually couple of thousand steps in. This helps clear my mind. According to phone I average over 14k per day, this includes walk in the evening after eating usually and all the activity in between.

Just feels good to move. Hate being still too much but at work I do at desk.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.
