the same way its hard for me check my e-mails during holydays and weekends, I can spend my whole day over the internet but no way in hell I will look at my e-mail, holyday weekends is my time to relax and do things I couldn't during the week, and that means not lose time with e-mails

he didnt intentionally go no contact though and you guys make it seem like the purpose of going no contact is to move on to someone else so this isnt really a good example of how no contact works
