bf 12-13%
Bench 120kg x 3 (haven't hit a 1rm for a while, so this is the mark)
Frontsquat 100kg x 4 (I've been hitting these much more than the usual Backsquat lately, so once again thats the mark)
Deadlift 150kg x 4 - once again, no 1rm for a while - but previous 1rm was 170kg
OHpress 70kg x 5(can do 3 sets on seated press- havent a max for standing)


Stats now
100.1Kg
Bf looks the same

Bench 140Kg x 1, 3 sets 120kg x 3 can do 110 x 6 or set of 10 x100Kg
Frontsquat 100kg x 6, 110kg x 4, 120kg x 2 125kg x 1

Backsquat 130kg x 3
Deadlift 175 x 3 190 x 1 then 200Kg x 1

OHPress (seated) 3 sets 8 - 10 on 70kg, set of 3x 70 strict standing



Taking Tamoxifen now for PCT and 3x 500mg tabs of creatine with 2x teaspoons of M.S.M.
Still taking milk thistle too.


Will post pictures if required by many, but I dont think the pictures show too well. In person, people notice the difference - but I dont see it in the photos :)

Leg Day

I really didnt want to train legs today, so thats why I did it.

Squat rack in use - By someone ACTUALLY SQUATTING!

so Power clean to frontsquat

60kg x 12
90kg x 8

Dirrrrty start that - really got the blood moving!

Got the rack - new rep max day is the plan.
Backsquat

90kg x 4
100kg x 3

fast and easy - really felt light, so straight to
140kg x 3 (****Weight PR, Rep PR ****)

lower back felt that, literally right where azz joins it - weak point. :(

still - felt good and thought I was King so added 5kg to each side
and went for 150.
didnt get it, went down and got stuck in the pit. If I'd stopped at parallel instead of dipping deep - I couldve squeezed it out, I think - but I wouldnt have felt like it was a real rep. So for now Its just a target :)


100kg x 4 these hurt like a mufuker - really on the lower back - definitelt hit that spot today :)

back to frontsquats
60kg x 12 - for the quad pump


then 2 sets lunges (9 each leg / set) for the length of the hall

then 3 sets seated calves and like 5 sets on standing calves -

I wasnt sure i hit quads and hams hard enough today, but wobbly legs on the way out was good enough - i hit some weak points and thats what matters for the moment :)

I think its 6 weeks that every trace has gone, but the Half-Life is 4-6 hours, so every 4 hours, there's half as much as there was 4 hours ago until it all disappears.

However, I have every intention of hitting my body as hard as possible, we shall see where the strength tapers off.

gonna tear shiit up tomorrow - gonna straight try for 210Kg and if that dont work, im going to 205 and then if that dont lift im gonna ask myself

"do I even lift?"

Not going on zero calories though - I'm gonna have the hearties breakfast you've ever seen.

190kg x 2***REP PR*** If anything, the 2 rep pr felt even better to get than the weight PR!?!!? took off my shoes here

- looking at me with disgust at how they cant do that shiit.

- I shiit you not, one loaded 100kg on the bench, half repped it a couple of times, and his spotter got a better workout than he did.

then they faked bicep curls so i bashed out sets of 8 with 25kg on the pullup bars to show them they aint shiit ;)

Ah well - thats me being a professional show off done for the day. 210Kg = 462Lb

I got pictures from just before. Just not for my legs - huge difference in my quads IMO - definition is more visual... dunno how the camera will see it though - I'm pale as shiit from years of hiding the legs away!:nervous:

Chest Day

Total tear up on volume - Didnt go over 110kg - but got a set of 5 out on that :)

Dips are back in the game too, Wide and close grip, shiits healing well :)

back is torn up from Yesterday :D :D :D thats why I chose to stay on lighter weights and more volume - back is torn up so theres less of a solid base for benching.

Fella was advising me about bringing my elbows in and benching with a powerlifting stance, so perhaps Ill try this way for a few weeks - cant hurt to try new stuff.

I will say DOMS seems much more pronounced whenever I deadlift, compared to squats and other things, which only last about a day.
