Don't leave the actual note, just the envolope, Make sure it has something written on it like, "I love you sweetie".... or something of the sort. If she finds it, and asks you about it... just tell her it was someone you were dating, and its was nothing serious.
2. Buy some female perfume, and spray it on the headrest of your car, or somewhere you will know that she will smell it.
3. Get some lipstick, and smear it very lightly somewhere that you know she will notice it.
4. Add some more suggestions.
