Losing 10 Lbs in 2 weeks? For basketball tournament.

Ive been trying to get big for a while, and Ive slowly been getting stronger and bigger. The thing is Ive also been trying to shred the extra fat off my body. Right now im 231 Lbs and Im 6'5".

So this is a 2 part question... Whats the bestway to increase my vertical? And if I try to lose 5-10lbs in the next two weeks (for a basketball tournament), will I lose a lot of muscle? I just want to start dunking on some *****es. Ive been doing squats, and running every day. What else should I do?

Strict weightloss diet -very high in protein with a certain amount of calories would do it + cardio and lifting

Losing 5 lbs healthy is more realistic in two weeks, losing 10 lbs is possible but it will take a toll on your body. By the end of the two weeks you can shed the 10lbs but you'll feel fatigued and tired and probably not at your best for the tourney.
