Ive been trying to get big for a while, and Ive slowly been getting stronger and bigger. The thing is Ive also been trying to shred the extra fat off my body. Right now im 231 Lbs and Im 6'5".
So this is a 2 part question... Whats the bestway to increase my vertical? And if I try to lose 5-10lbs in the next two weeks (for a basketball tournament), will I lose a lot of muscle? I just want to start dunking on some *****es. Ive been doing squats, and running every day. What else should I do?
