and a set to failure - i think it was like 15, but im not sure - I was halfway through the set when my friend started counting down from 10, I did her countdown and added one for jesus:)

fvckin had trouble walking after that.

Looks like less when on paper - but those frontsquats were no joke today - fvck me they hurt! 264Lb rep pr though :)

probably shouldve taken a rest day today because theres not much i could do with DOMs on all major muscle groups.

Still, hit shoulders and arms, heavy on OH press (70kg x 3 then dropset to failure).

shrugs up to 120kg sets of 20(ouch)

lots of pullups a bit of biceps and some dips and some decline press


Basically a "BroDay"

Another fella Ive not seen for a few weeks mentioned how ive got bigger round arms and shoulders.

weighted 99.7 kg post workout and pre food

So weight gains have pretty much slowed up. Could be due to many many factors.

Test base is a necessary ingredient - this we already know, and natural test levels are surpressed ATM from D-bol = less gainz than the first couple of weeks.

Ive not had the necessary amount of sleep lately.

Was ill for a bit and didnt eat properly for a week or so - D-bol is anticatabolic, so I didnt lose anything, but I still need to play catchup.

Also - May need to take a higher dose - perhaps the amount (mg/Lb) has reached its limit on size growing?

My buddy took some before (Methandrostenolone) said these ones (methandienone) arent as good. Possible he needed a bigger dose - cos he took the same dose and didnt put on size whereas I HAVE and my other buddy is about 2 week in and he HAS too.

Wont be taking any higher dose this time around because of the strain it would put on my liver.

Anyway theres my thoughts. 1 more week to solidfy the gains Ive made (7Lb for definite - bf% looks about the same in the mirror) Will try to eat and sleep better to see if I grow anymore.

Still theres my thoughts on it so far. Successful? we shall see how long the gainz in strength and size stay. Probably will jump straight onto creatine cycle at the end of this too, to give the gainz that extra chance to hold. :)

Don't know if you'd need a higher dose or not, I'm not educated in that area, but some things just have to take a natural course..

Ive been gaining like 2Lb a month lately, with diet, training and sleep all on point so no - I couldnt do 7Lb in 3 weeks. plus the strength gains I doubt I wouldve gotten either.
It was all an experiment anyway buddy.

Nothing is a waste of time to me - I gianed some knowledge, experience and a bit of extra muscle :D

Dirty awful grind of 20 fvcking reps on 60kg went like this

6 reps then an isometric hold at the bottom for 6 seconds
5reps with a 5 second hold
4reps with a 4 second hold
3 with a 3 second hold
2 with a 2 second hold
then 1 - that last grimy horrible nasty evil rep.

then 25kg weighted pullup set of 8 *****REP PR***** surprising really, since ive not smashed these out in a while.

Ha ha nice - you know its a good day when the doms kick in before you even go to bed too!

Oh yeah - this weeks training days were all on zero calories - trained heavy BEFORE breakfast - makes the PRs a little more impressive to me anyway ;)

smashed an hours cardio, with some isometric squat holds

1/2way down 30 sec hold
3/4 down 30 sec hold
1/2way back 30 sec hold

lunge hold 30 sec each leg - front leg at right angle, back leg 2 inches off the floor

then 1/2 way squat hold for 30
and 3/4 way squat hold for 30

you want your quads to burn up? do these.

So monday was my final D-bol Day (life stuff just made it easier to finish there)

tuesday was rest day Now We're In post cycle workouts - so creatine and strength training starts tomorrow.
Bench today was a hypertrophy one - didnt go over 100kg cos no spotter and my left rotator is going and the right ones not far behind.

ive picked up some msm to soften me up and clear me out and then we'll see how the shoulder is and what else is needed.

Ill see what I can do about pictures - its a 4kg difference, so not huge - but enough for people I know to notice.
Mostly I just saw the strength gainz there :)
Legs tomorrow. :)
