which ZMA (the thing that increases production of testosterone) would you recommend above all?
alpha male plus (biotest)
6-oxo
tri-something (tribuloid?)
sth else? growth hormone?

unfortunately i am stuck with this site http://www.americanlifestyle.com/ (just do a search on testosterone and it'll get all the results needed) as this is not available in my country in regular stores.

ZMA and all of these are different things.

ZMA supposedly raises testosterone, but at minscule levels. Also helps you sleep better. Not really worth the $$.

6-oxo is more commonly used when off-cycling steroids. It is supposed to raise your testosterone levels some, but not a lot. It also supresses your estrogen.

Tribulus is an herb that is supposed to naturally raise testosterone and sometimes does pretty well depending on your genetics.

I'm not sure about the latter, but I stacked Tribulus and 6-oxo and saw some results. Not anything worth the $$ though. I know for a fact my testosterone was raised, because my face began to break out during the cycle. I gained maybe 10lb in my benchpress, but then again I spent around $90 on the cycle. NOT WORTH IT. I could get a month's worth of creatine for $10 and get the same results.

IMO, unless you've got cash to spend I would stay away from these. Even if you do, there's better stuff out there. NOXplode is more worth the money than any of this stuff, and probably will give you better results. Me myself I just use protein and glutamine now, but if you have the cash to blow, make sure you research before you go through with it. Check bb.com forums.

my primary goal actually is the boost of testosterone levels, not (primarily) bench... the problem is i have a deficit of it due to depression etc.

the overall goal is an increase in masculinity, confidence and benchpress (among other exercises)

Hm.. do you know if your testosterone levels are actually low or if your confidence level is just low? they are two different things bro.

Get your blood tested, check your levels and then if they are low then maybe consider something. If your confidence is just low, please don't rely on meds to up it.

Similar thing happend to me a few years ago when I thought I could take care of my confidence problems with drugs and supplements.. in the short term it sounds nice, but in the long run you're going to become not only addicted, but you'll probably need to up your dosage cause your body is so used to it.

If your levels are fine, theres plenty of other ways to boost confidence. Goto the gym, start something of your own (maybe your own business), start talking to more ladies, etc.

I know you want the quick fix, but it's not really the smart thing to do. Even if your doctor prescribes and anti depressant or something of that sort, PLEASE PLEASE reconsider it and really try to make it happen on your own. You will not only feel better about yourself, but you won't need the meds all the time.

i _can't_ talk to ladies. no confidence, i've got nothing to say. i think i actually avoid them, not to mention that i didn't have a chick ever.

and I weight 60kg (6feet) :confused:

I stopped using tribulus and zma last month. Trib just made me horny as hell. ZMA just helped me sleep. I didn't see any strength or size gains. Except maybe a hairline that is receding faster since I stared using them...not sure if it's related or not. Plus a little gyno happening (might be due to me bulking a little). So I stopped.

Like WC2 said...NOexplode is some crazy shyt. It definitely works.

is NOX ok for me considering that i'm a beginner (haven't been in a fitness for a couple of years + i weight 60kilos)?

I mean what are you trying to do? If you want to add mass, then it's fine as long as you take the reccomended doses. If you just want to cut up, then NOX may not be the best idea. It all depends on what you're trying to achieve. Supplements are only a small part of the game. What you do in the gym and what you eat will determine for the most part who you are physically.
