Hey guys Pacific here with a challenge for you... for those of you familiar with the Zen of Cool you will understand this... for those of you who are not... look it up and learn it, or just don't worry about it and do the challenge step by step as I post it on here. This is a challenge to improve your inner game... here is how it goes...
You will be working on your Ghost characteristics and your Flame characteristics... you will be Ghost (Relaxed, Comfortable, and Chill) and Flame (Fun, Playful, and Crazy)... here is the challenge...
CHALANGE
Learning the Ghost:
Today you will be relaxed, comfortable, and chill
Learning the Flame:
Today you will be fun, playful, and crazy
NOTE:
Notice how the Ghost and the Flame contradict each other. This is how the zen of cool is suppose to be.
How Does This Look:
As you are having fun with whatever your doing you are feeling very relaxed. As you are being
playful with everyone around you it feels really comfortable doing this like you always are
playful with people. As you are acting crazy and doing crazy things you are a very chill guy
who is calm and collected on the inside.
In a nutshell you are fun, playful, and crazy and this is completely natural to you, this feels
comfortable to you, your in a very calm and collected (chill) mood, and are completely
relaxed with no anxiety, social pressure, insecurity, or any other negative feeling about yourself.
(I want you to apply this in your day to day life on anyone and everyone while sarging, hanging out with friends, or even working!)
EVALUATING YOURSELF:
Create a stop, start, continue list... anything you are doing wrong... put it under your stop. Anything you are not doing... put it under your start. Anything you are doing good... put it under your continue. Later you can go back and fix the Stops and begin the Starts and remind yourself to keep doing the Continues.
Create a Sticking Points list... and put anything that you want to work on there.
Do the 100 Point System challenge... which is...
100 Point System
Every Time..
Your having fun
Your being playful
Your acting crazy
You feel relaxed
You feel comfortable
You are very chilled out
You get 5 points... the goal is to get 100!!!
and last but not least...
Make a Crazy List of crazy things to do related to being... relaxed, comfortable, chill, fun, playful, and crazy... (this is to keep you having fun and motivated)... Complete all the things on your list and you have successfully accomplished your Crazy List!
once you have completed all of this report back to this forum... share your success story in a brief Field Report
