I'm at a crossroads with a girl I've been seeing. She's a friend of my buddy's g/f. I've taken her out a few times nothing crazy just drinks each time we've made out and gotten physical and she always acts like she knows what's up often initiating. Haven't gotten the lay though. I've tried to set up just going to her place a couple times and she goes into this "you're only after one thing"..."you're just trying to come over" blah blah blah. To the point that I was actually confused. We're supposed to go for some drinks and darts this week. I'm trying to figure out how to escalate this or else I may just walk. I think her IL is high, but not sure how much more time I want to invest in this. Looking to see how I should approach this meeting.

And what advice does anyone have to respond to the phrase "you're only after one thing"

Don't let her pretend she doesn't want it too, she does. If she is initiating she wan'ts the same thing. Her saying "you're only after one thing" is her anti-slvt defence. Two strike rule, set up another event and keep doing what you're doing. If she denies you again, just walk. If her IL is high after you walk she will be texting/calling you first, then you can just do whatever you choose to do with that.
