Hi all,

I'm new to the forum. Great place here and I just had to sign up and check things out. I got a question for all of you. It might come across as odd but I wanted to get some opninons based on this.

I'm actually 3rd gen Japanese and I've dated mostly caucasian women. A majority of my friends are white, Asian, Black or other.

Just recently A few of my Asian freinds have gotten the idea that white women are not attracted to most Asian guys. With the stereotypes that have floated around for years I can understand why it would come down to this. I personally haven't ran into this problem because of my personality and physical build (I'm 5'9 205 LBS w/ 6% body fat) What are you thoughts on this?

What are your thoughts on interacial dating? Do you dislike the idea or are you ok with it? Does it bother you to see an Asian guy with a white or black women and vice versa ? (white or black male with Asian women?) I'd really like your thoughts on this.

Me thinks Personality/humor ect is more important
then skin color.

I'm a white guy, and really, I don't care who's dating who, who's married to who, or who's phucking who. I have more important things in my life to worry about.

I think Asian women are hotties. Even an Asian woman who is a 4 or 5 will turn my head. I am attracted to white women, but I'm more particular with them. She's gotta be at least a 7.5 to ctach my attention. I've never thought I was attracted to black women, but after a few months working at one job in the city where there were a lot of them around, I started noticing them, too.

As for your question, I have to say mixing races is a beautiful thing. I am from NYC, the world´s biggest melting pot and I get a kick out of seeing the new hybrid races that are popping up. Some of the finest girls I have ever laid eyes on are a bizarre mix. You got your black/japanese, jewish/latin, indian/nordic etc etc. Truly stunning!

From an evolutionary standpoint, it is considered healthy to wander from your genepool. This is why you shouldn´t marry your cousin or your sister. The genetic siilarities are unhealthy and you run the risk of having 6-headed babies and sh!t. Okay maybe not that extreme, but you know what I mean. The farther you wander from your genepool, the more nature will try to select the best of both worlds. Sure there is a little social backlash when people see mixed couples, especially in small towns, but you don´t care what they think...do you?

I know plenty of people who don´t date outside their race for religious/cultural reasons. I feel sorry for them cuz they are missing out on some wonderful flavors! Imagine eating Italian food your whole life and then you get a taste of Mexican or Thai...you realize that the world is bigger, more varied and beautiful than you imagined, and life is all the sweeter.

So in short I think the cliche holds true "Variety is the spice of Life!"

I'm glad to hear the good feedback. If you guys have more to say by all means say it.

MD, like you said, I don't care either. I love em all. I would imagine the atmosphere in the WA area is still kind of closed off. It isn't like NYC or LA just yet. I see alot of white guys with asian females but it's still a rare thing to see a asian male with a white women. But like I said, this could be a geographical issue.
