I don't think they even play the old Warner Brothers cartoons any more. I think they are considered too violent for children. Political correctness started creeping in through the 90s. I remember watching GI Joe at a friend's house and making fun of the fact that they were always fighting a war, but no one ever died.

I liked a late 80s cartoon on CBS called 'Dungeons and Dragons.' I also thought the Muppet Babies was pretty well done.

What happened to the return of Beavis & Butthead a year or two ago? They made like three episodes and quit.

Surely transformers, optimus prime has been a great father figure for many kids.

I'm afraid that cartoon is more violent than the movies they did recently, in the end of the clip they even harm each other.

I also liked GI joes but they disappeared out of nowhere in the early 90s, same regarding rambo.

Surely showing knifes in a kid cartoon didnt help.

Finally conan came but didnt last much for the same reason

I really enjoyed all the action cartoons, never liked those with drama or with characters I didnt want myself to be.

Anyway lucky us to have to privilege to watch such stuff, kids nowadays only see censored senseless crap, thank god for the cold war which bread a more manly oriented media.

Watching that transformers clip reminded me about Starscream! That guy was AWESOME lol, always backstabbing scheming undermining megatron, yet still formidable himself. Definitely one of my favorite cartoon characters. In the next scene he booted megatron off the bus. Great times.

You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.
