Not to brag (although that's how some here might take it), I'm a real good looking guy. Usually on my first date with a girl, we'll be making out, and she'll come up with the obligatory

HB: "You must do this alot/You must get alot of girls"
Me: "Why"
HB: "Because you're hot/gorgeous/etc."

I mean, it's cool to hear, but it's like some of these girls won't trust me because they assume I'm this huge player.

Anyone had any similar experiences, or advice on what to say at this point...

Agree and move on. Or say "I bet you've broken your fair share of hearts..." Whatever you say, the important thing is to not protest or argue.

it happens to me quite a bit -- not always because of my looks, but just because of how i act towards women/how i make them feel...
generally you should take those comments as a good sign -- many women actually LIKE the feeling that you're a little dangerous, and MIGHT be taking advantage of them..
besides, they like the feeling that they're getting something that is in great demand, as players usually are...
but you should be aware that the "you're hot" thing is also a double-edged sword. lots of women (including many women i know) will hold out in the short-term for a wimpy guy because he's good looking, but if you can't keep her interest on an emotional "gut" level, she won't keep you around. sometimes her rhapsodizing about how "gorgeous" a guy is helps her to fool herself (though only for a short time) and obscure the fact that he doesn't really make her happy...
so it's cool that these girls think you're attractive but you should especially take these compliments with a grain of salt.

Hey man I get that heaps just about every girl I know says that to me, but not due to looks just my personality, I just reply with I will not answer that and we will not discuss it, with a slight smile. as some one else said just dont deny it as you look like a wuss and yes it is a test.

nah I understand that, but I know what I'm doing... I have a good sense of humor and know how to talk to girls... if I didn't, I'd get NOTHING, cuz very few times have good looking girls approached me - I need to do all the initiating. I'll hear from a chicks friend that she likes me or thinks i'm attractive or whatever, but very rarely straight from the girl's mouth to my ears.
