Yeah, TV and movies are fake but that's kind of the idea. That's why it's called "acting." Also, celebrities aren't all pusses. Sure, Dakota Fanning and Justin Beiber are under very strict control from their handlers but take George Clooney or Jay-Z for example and I can guarantee you that NOBODY is telling them how to live their lives.
