XLA Sport supplement review

Ive been taking XLA Sport since around March 28th. I kept a careful log of weight, bf%, bw%, muscle mass, and bone mass, also sleep hours, daily calorie intake.

While keeping everything the same and taking the supplement I stopped loosing weight as much as I used to loose it before taking it. As far as energy goes, I havent seen more energy at all, in fact, it is harder to wake up in the morning.

Thus, XLA had a completely opposite effect on me, instead of loosing more fat, I slowed down the fat loss process. :cry:



Ive only realized the effect after going over credit card bills, checking out the date I bought my bottle, then looking at my body log. Pieces fell into place.


I cant tell you that XLA dont work, or that XLA is what is having the effect on me. I will stop taking it immediately and see what happens. After that I can definatively say whether it is XLA or not that is causing the slow down in my fat loss program.

dude supplements are a waste of money ESPECIALLY the fatloss ones the only supplement that does work even marginally is 8 cups of green tea a day
do not buy into the gimmick and cheat yourself out of money and fund this rediculous industry

I have to disagree with that:


TestoRex have been tested and proven to decrease estrogen levels, make you agressive, builkier, and in my case help with gyno.

I forgot the name of the pill, but it had ephedra and was banned off the market, it had a significant improvements on my fat loss, back when I was in college.

GNC Optidrine with ephedra (I have the old bottle) is effective in giving energy.



Further more, athlets use supplements to enhance them selves for competition. Especially the herbals. There are a lot of good supplements out there, but many more bad once.


I will follow up with my results after not taking XLA Sport.
