A. Wife
B. LTR
C. FWB
D. Date

To spend or not to spend! :p

I'm spending Christmas alone this year, and I'm totally embracing it. It's just me and my kid, and that's all I want this year. Women are either already involved with someone or busy with family. They'll be single after Christmas when their supplicating BFs buy them too much expensive crap over the holidays.

I will also be alone, no family around at all.

I took Dec 26 off to make a 4 day weekend.

I'm going to go hiking in the desert, go to gym (when its open) study for an Certification Exam and eat well.

I just picked, ripened, cut up and froze about 100 mangoes for myself and my gf from my mango tree for the year. Mango smoothies everyday...I will be letting her know that this is her Xmas present.

I was also contemplating the 'bag of skittles' present with the note attached: (can't remember where this is from?)

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Don't eat the green ones!
You're a great screw

If I'm single, the time between Thanksgiving and Christmas usually becomes "me" time when I stop actively seeking out. It seems to coincide with the time that the P-Stock tends to plummet, followed by the high season of New Year's to Valentine's Day.

I'd rather spend it alone anyway, rather than playing the game of "Whose family do we need to go visit this year?".

I couldn't tell you what I'd do when hinting at a gift, because it's never happened to me. And if it did, it depends on the situation. Any woman I've been with has been perfectly fine with whatever I had given them. Last Christmas gift I gave a woman was a wine glass with the initial of her first name engraved into it with a butterfly resting on the initial.

If she hated it, I could never tell. Cost me no more than $20.
