I also want to lose some body fat but if i do, i'll be a skinny bastard again. right now, i'm 5'9" 149-151 pounds. last year, before college, i was about same height (maybe grew 1/4 an inch), but only 135 pounds. I just turned 18 this june. this body fat is causing me too look a little like i have a big body, and small arms. what weight training or excercises should i do? and what should i do first? should i do curls first before losing weight? or do curls, and keep weight? because i DO NOT want to look like the skinnny mofo i was before.
