Any tips on working the wrists? I do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. I'm working a bulking diet in as well. It seems difficult to bulk the wrist area.

Work the rest of your body. Wrists are small muscles which WILL grow as you increase your total body mass.

back + legs + chest = wrists.

I NEVER trained my wrists specifically, I just did squats and stuff.

They're 16 inches now, all by themselves.

16 inch wrists? Yeah right. I assume you mean forearms, and I'm still not going to believe it. I know arm wrestlers that don't have 16 inch forearms.
To the original poster, you can't work your wrists because they are JOINTS. Be glad you have small wrists, it makes everything else look bigger.

Fore arms? 16"? May I say Popeye!

I do cable wrist curls for my forearms. They're Killer.

Some people say you don't need it because your forearms are worked when you grip bars for other exercises. But I noticed mine could be "balanced" out a little...

Stay away from wrist straps. It defeats the purpose...

Something I didn't mention above, I work on a PC all day. Some times my wrists hurts from all that typing.

A good wrist/forearm work out makes them feel so much better...

Ice Cold I just went down the hall and measured a guy's forearm that's been armwrestling and working out for years. He had a 13.5. I just measured mine and I have an 11. If you have a legit 16 that's massive.

The thing that sux is that I have 17 inches biceps, so while the actual size is ok, they look kinda small with my popeye wrists.

I don't think I'll ever be able to get them past 18 inches, and I need like 20-22 to be proportional. :p
