Anyone have any excercises to build muscle around the knee area? My knees are reaally skinny and the bone is sticking out all over the place so i'd like to cover that up.
Also i got a similar prob with my wrists, no muscle or fat there at all so that round bone sticks way up. Do wrist curls work that area? It seems i only feel wrist curls in the middle of my forearm when i do it and not in the wirst.
Thanks ya'll :D

As for the wrist, make sure you're doing reverse wrist curls. I find these are best when i'm sitting down with my arms resting on my legs. Hold a bar (probably about 30 lbs) and do wrist curls with the back of your hand facing up

Scrawny wrists/ankles are genetic and it's really really really hard to get any meat around them. About the only way you can get some weight around your wrists is to work on your forearms. Eventually (and I am talking a long time) your brachialis (forearm muscle) will grow thicker further down your arms to your wrists. I've been working my forearms out strictly for 1 year now and I have only gained about 1.5 millimeters in circumferance around my forearms (just below my elbow) and my wrists have not changed. The benefit of having small wrists is that it gives your upper arms the appearance of having more mass.

Same goes with your knees, you need to work your quads to fill in just above your knees.

A 1.5mm increase in a year? ..I grow that much in like a month easily, doing barely any forearm work.

You meant centimeters, tho, right?

As for knees, I'm getting pretty good legs and my knees aren't growing that much, and it's no problem because it makes the muscle growth show even more.
