Does anyone have weak wrists and use supports, wrist wraps, or things of that nature for bench pressing? If so what works for you?

Do you mean wrist raps that help you to support the weight ? If so, then the only time you'll be needing those is when you have to support large amounts of weight when doing exercises like barbell shoulder shrugs or deadlifts.

In those two cases, you might need to hold more weight than your wrists can handle, so wrist wraps are a good idea.

For all around lifting, i'd recommend wearing workout gloves. keeps the hands soft like a babies ass......lmao

No I mean wrist wraps, not wrist straps.

As in knee wraps for squats except, except wrist wraps for bench pressing.

There's a time and place for wrapping your knees and wrists- but every single workout ? No way, save it for the record-breaking lifts , when u really need the extra support.

Try placing a 5KG disk betweden your hands and rotating at the wrists. Do some wrist warmups before you start as well. The bar should be placed in your palm, fingers wrapped but your wrist should be supported, not bending back. Hard to explain but if you fool around with the bar you'll get it.
