Absolute garbage. Because of my job I travel to another state frequently. I decided to move to the state I frequent because it was just logical because I spend more time there.
On my trips I met this girl that this whole thing is about. So whenever I'm here we hung out and you know the whole shimbamboozle and all. She was in a bind for a place to live due to being evicted and she hardly knows anyone here besides a few friends or so she says. Unfortunately I let her move in with me. Dont ask why i know it was a bad move on my part and kinda fast. To make a long story short she has a 6 year old boy who stays at my place whenever she has him.
Shes only been living at my place for a month and its obvious this was a bad move on my part. Most of the time when she doesn't have her kid she spends the night at a friends house. She expects me to watch the kid when she goes to work. Works 2nd shift Wednesday to Friday only. The whole place has her **** all over the place. Told her 3 times to get it cleaned up but she procrastinates around and then goes and parties with her friend.
This is unacceptable obviously the ordeal she has going on. Ahhh feel like I'm gettin used and manipulated.
I'm about to tell her to gtfo. This is not working. I feel bad for the kid though thats the only problem. I know she will tell him I'm a bad person and do not care or some garbage to make me the bad guy. I know I shouldn't but it's not his fault. She's already been warned and I've just had it. How do I go about getting out of this pickle without her making it into a bad drama case? I already know she will be like I have nowhere to go or try to guilt trip me about the kid having no place to stay when he's with her. She is not on the lease for my place so could i get an eviction notice from my landlord if worse comes to worse? She is a very vindictive person so I expect this whole thing to turn into a Jerry Springer episode until she is actually out of here.

Sounds like you are not having sex with this chick. Heck, it does not matter. Kick, her out. The child is not yours. Let that be hers to sort out. Stop saving the single moms.

*put your age else this post will be moved.

Put a hidden camera in the living room and sit her down, say that its time for her to leave. WHen she flips out and socks u in the face then takes a knife and cuts herself with it then ransacks your house you'll have proof. Cops always simp out to the b1tches so make sure to have evidence you didn't beat her or threaten her.

Yeah that is my objective. I like to live a simple life. Also she is 28. I'm like wtf, act your damn age. lol. I can't live like this. **** all over the place someone who is irresponsible and goes out partying more than taking care of business. Honestly I haven't had sex with her in 2 weeks because I am grossed out by her actions. This is going to be a complete hassle I can tell by the way she acts. She will say that I am ****ing her over and that I don't care and say that she has more problems than I do. I don't care anymore. She thinks because she is hot she can get away with murder, ridiculous. Lmao, what a winner huh. Will keep you guys posted on this. It's sure to be a complete Jerry Springer episode.

Oh,man.... you need to stick around this forum for a while !

Does your lease obligate you to obtain a clearance or permission from the lessor before another party can move in with you ?
If so, did you do so?

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Yeah she was to put in her application and fee but thank god she never did. I already told the rental office I do not want her on the lease. So I suspect they know what is about to go down. I was asking if I could get an eviction notice on her to get her out if worse comes to worse because she is staying at my place without an obligation to the property.

She has so much crap also. More than one person would ever need. I'm sick of looking at it and it needs to be gone. I'm actually thankful she is hardly ever here because I can think clearly. I should have saw all the warning signs but I failed at that: Ex stripper, met the guy that knocked her up at the strip club years ago. He is in the military and is ugly as sin. Moved here because he got stationed here and obviously she was mooching the guy dry. Complains that she misses her family back from where she is from which seems like a total farce because she has chances to go see them but doesn't. Saying all she wants is her child support from him. Complete disregard to the consequences of doing something that is not right. Complete irresponsibility on getting things done. Expects for someone to pay her way and do simple everyday things anybody could get done. Admits she is a loser. Doesn't seem to know what is right and what is wrong on common sense situations. Lack of regard for other people. Complains about everyone elses faults but doesn't see her own which are clear as day. Completely different person around her child, like a total act. Blows money on partying and then complains she has no money left to pay for essentials. Uses her kid as a ploy. Damn just typing that made me sick. Thankfully I have my **** together and I'm just removing a cancer from my life before it spreads.

Tenancy laws vary from state to state and country to country..

However, if she is not formally registered as an occupant on your lease, she can be legally evicted at any time. Who initiates this process depends on the law in your state. However, the rental office could probably issue her with a 'notice to quit' upon your request. I suggest that you make an appointment with the rental manager and explain the situation.

And for pete's sake stop rescuing women.

Jophil it wasn't a matter of saving her. Hell to the no on doing that. Ugh it probably seems that way because she moved in so fast I dunno. My mistake completely. i admit my faults and that was one of them. She put on a facade and I fell for it. Just crazy lies and manipulation it seems to have turned out to be. Caught on to what was going on about the 2nd week she was living with me. Like I said thankfully it reared its head early because I don't put up with bs and speak up about it. I've already put the foot down with her bs. If she doesn't have any idea whats going on here then she must be completely inept on reality.

This sounds so easy in theory, but in a lot of locales it is a royal pain in the a$$ to evict someone. If they take up living there I do not think it matters or not if she is on the lease. It could take at the least 30 days and you would have to get a dispossessory warrant to get the eviction (my state).

OP, man you really put yourself in a horrible mess.

This is a prime example of what being a nice guy is about and what happens. Nice guys truly finish last. All ways be a Good guy instead.

If you want to talk, talk to your friends. If you want a girl to like you, listen to her, ask questions, and act like you are on the edge of your seat.

That is an option. Might take me all day to get it out though. If you saw how much crap she has you'd be in shock. I know women have clothes out the ying yang but she has enough to last a year without washing. And all the stupid knick knack crap and dishes, at least a 24' Uhaul truck amount. I'm not even joking. Hoarder I think. that and the kids crap too. The kid has enough toys for 5 kids. Ridiculous.

You sound like you might have strong feelings for this women...

I say that because you don't sound like a chump....and you still let her move in with you and you have yet to kick her out and you clearly care for the kid.

you have to truely let go of your feelings for her and either kick her out..or you could leave.

how much is left on the lease?

To be blunt - there comes a time when you have to stop complaining and be willing to take action.
I am thinking that you need to have her out by the middle of the second page of this thread.

Your best chance lies in an alliance between you and the rental manager.

Have all the electricity and the utilities turned off. Tell the utility company that you want service shut off for a couple of weeks or a month. Move in with a friend (or find a cheap motel). It shouldn't take more than a few days. A week, tops. You'll be back in your place in no time (without HER!). Don't forget to change the locks.

There may be a fee for getting your services back online. Think of those fees and the cost of new locks as punitive damages for allowing a gold-digging stripper single mom (and her bastard son) into your HOME and into your LIFE.

This right here is not gold, it is PLATINUM!!!!! I absolutely love the idea!!!! May cost you 1-2k and I would do it for 3-4 weeks. Great advice!!!! You may even use utility money for a week or two in a motel.
Just perfect, quite simply brilliant! I would remove all food and anything creature feature! If this does not solve the problem, you may want to contact the Godfather's boys.

Yup. Whenever she comes back from her irresponsible partying all weekend, just gonna tell her: This isn't working for me and you need to move out.

What is the problem of getting the balls to kick this chick out? She does not contribute to the rent payment, she does not contribute to the utilities payments, she barely lives there? Why can't OP grab his balls and have this chick kicked out? Why go around the bush canceling electricity and living at some motel while you know you have YOUR place to stay?

Kick her out and move out from your place to avoid her stalking tendencies in the future.

I agree, I think the OP needs to learn a lesson here and so he should take the route that demands the most confrontation. It may be easy to run away from here and starve her out, but it is cowardly and does not reflect your manhood. It's time to get medieval on her ass. Tell her it's not working and she has 2 days/ 1 week to pack up her stuff (whatever is more appropriate for the sheer amount of sh1t she owns) and just let her mull that over, without discussion. If she tries to argue with you and shame you, all you do is ignore her and calmly remind her she must leave, or you will evict her/call the cops/any other threatening legal procedure. By this point she'll be sh1tting herself and will probably move out with little fuss, fearing what will happen to her.

If she is stubborn and refuses to move, then do whatever is in your legal power to get her out (or simply call the police and make them get her to move), or pack up her stuff, dump it on the lawn and change the locks.

Don't procrastinate, get things in motion now.

No it is not!!! TENANCY LAWS ARE STRICT IN SOME PLACES!!!!!!!!! It is hard to kick someone out once they have taken up residency and against the law just to throw her $hit out. It is hard to do and places the owner/ leaser in a bad situation.

It can be done, but it is a pain and you HAVE TO GET THE SHERIFF"S OFFICE and COURTS involved! Not as easy as some of you think.
