Wow, GSP has the puffy nipples problem that weightlifters get.

Pretty strange considering he's a millionaire and could get surgery done to permanently make his nipples hard.

This seems like a really common problem for weightlifters. Why is that?

It does? I've never seen a weightlifter with Gynecomastia. It could be from steroid use though.

Ya but some people just have it. I have it alil and it sucks, just got save up 4 grand to get that outta there.

Most of the time its because hormones are out of balance. Too much estrogen getting converted makes some gland swell in there.

But that is weird if i had all that money i would defiantly have the surgery.

Although puffy nipples is a sign of Gyno, having puffy nipples doesn't automatically mean you have Gyno. Gyno is a hard lump behind the nipple, puffy nipples with no hard mass is just from weightlifting. Go to any weightlifting/bodybuilding forum and you'll see a ton of people with a common problem of puffy nipples. They chest looks like crap when they're not cold or pinch their nipples.
