Okay so I got this book called "Living lobger stronger" By Ellington Darden and it is basically about strength training. I was just wondering if it was useful or if anyone has read it. It seems to be for old people over 40 but also seems to pertain to everyage.

Also Men's health put out a booklet on Getting abbs and I was just wondering if anyone got it. I would read the stickies but I would rather read a book.

Well if you think it's geared towards older bodybuilders, you would probably be better off reading something more generic bodybuilder, considering you are healthy and not taking steroids.

I would never read anything endorsed by men's health, ever. The only reason I'd buy something by them is if I was out of toilet paper or charcoal for my barbecue.

The book by Darden is probably aimed at older people, possibly with several years' experience, concentrating on an entirely different body type - that of a middle-aged, physically aged man who is prone to catabolism among other things.

You're only 15 mate, concentrate on growing and learning the basics about lifting, rest and nutrition before getting any specialised documentation.
