My friend wants me to get him a workout plan. I got him on Rippetoes but he thinks just because there is only 4-5 exercises that it wont get him results, he tried it for 3 days and quit, then went on his own and started over training himself, doing 6 separate exercises only for his chest.
He is 170lbs
6 feet tall and about 15-20% body fat.
