Hi guys,
I've been lifting weights (dumbbells) for the first time recently and have been working out pretty hardcore...from a wussy 5kg per arm i've made it to 12kg per arm (and still progressing
)
For example..when i'm working out with dumbbells and Iam holding on tight and doing my exercises...the nerves on the end of my palms start to tingle....
could this mean I need to take a break/lifting too heavy weights?
Also how many hours a day should I work out...?
At the moment I am working out as much as I can...
almost an hour a day...
doing repeated reps with
-curls
-concentration curls
-hammer curls
been working out for about 3 weeks ,,
