Guys, is it possible to work-out 'properly' at home?
(Well I've been doing it till now.)
I have only 10kg(about 22 pounds) hand-lifts.
I do various kinds of exercices with them and I'm also doing situps and pushups...
I'm also kinda scrawny guy and I'm following Pook's 'No More Scrawny Guy!" post and eating as a horse now.

Any ideas?

The ones where you put weight on your shoulders, and act like you're taking a dump 8-12 times. Like this, but with more weight. You cannot work out properly period without squats. Your upper body would be better off doing ONLY squats than doing no squats at all.

These days, I don't have much time to go to the gym to often, so I fashioned a crude set of free weights made out of bags of dirt and an old wooden broom handle. I have bags in different sizes-- 10 lb, 15 lb, 20 lb, and 25 lb, so this enables me to fine-tune the weight.

To make it heavier, I just add another pair of bags. I took great care to weigh the bags to be sure that they are pretty much the same weight.

Behold! My ghetto curling set! :)

With that, I can work my biceps, triceps, and even do military presses, and for free w/o having to pay gym dues.

I'm currently working on a larger version that I can bench and squat with.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

Page, that's hilarous....I would seriously recommand getting rid of the broom handle and buying an iron bar or something that will not break.

Im going to find an old broom and some crap to fill the bags..
Then I could "fine-tune the weight" like Page too.

Alright then, send me some damn money so I can buy some proper weights.

As a working student, I am always seriously strapped for cash. :)

Nah, I learned the stuff it in for free over the years, so it's only fair that I make it free too.

However, I am going to make a trimmed down version (with all of the Don Juan-specific stuff stripped out) and sell it as a motivational book to the general public. It will deal with unlocking your true potential, mastering control of your mindset, time management, etc.

I believe I will call it "Unlocking the Power of Your Mindset."
