This thread is simply a sort of training journal that I will update each time I workout with my training for that day. I've adopted this idea from a forum on abcbodybuilding.com, which devotes a forum just to training journals.

The training journal will help me keep on track with my workouts, and also allow me to get some feedback from you guys about my workout.

Day 1-Week 1

Chest/Triceps/Biceps

1) 4 sets of flat bench Dumbbell presses
2) 4 sets of incline bench dumbbell presses
3) 2 sets cable crossovers
4) 3 sets BB bicep curls
5) 4 sets close grip bench presses with BB
6) 3 sets DB bicep curls
7) 2 sets rope pushdown

If you are going to do this then how about including weights and reps so we can see how you progress? You could also chart bodyweight and composition.
