I've been wondering,
Do skinny/slim women normally age best? Do they typicall stay slim longer than their counterparts with normal figures (or those who already have weight issues)?
Or is there a lot more to it / is it kind of unpredictable?
I'm a work out kind of guy, and I know there's an oversimplified idea of 3 different body types..one of them being "ectomorph" (slim/skinny).
To my surprise ..now at 27... quite a few people who would be c onsidered to have the ectomorph built, have put on quite some weight by now. The girlfriend of a friend of mine who is the curvy body type, who doesnt seem to have an eating disorder (she does eat chocolate, etc. in normal amounts), and is too lazy to work out (quit her gym membership years ago)...is still in perfect shape at 25.
What are your observations looking back..regarding the women/friends you've had? Is body type (e.g. being naturally skinny rather than just normal/average) overrated when it comes to this?
