So this kinda slutty chick I see where I work has been all suggestive and asking me out for drinks. Its always when Im working she asks this though so I cant join her. I call her up the other day and she says shes near me so I tell her to come by and get in the hottub with me, she says cool. Doesn't end up showing and no call. Now I know she'll be around again to try to get attention so what do I do? Act like I forgot about the whole thing or do I tell her to **** off? See I thought about telling her she was a flake (which is ironic cos she was just telling me she hates flaky people, must be some freudian slip). But that would mean that I had to show her that she got to me which I don't think is the right way to go.

Thanks to this site though I actually feel good about nexting her. It's not a failure just a learning experience that gets me one step further.
On a side note saw a chick at a bar tonight that started convo with me. I did a little back but was chillin with my friend so didnt pursue. Next thing I know some guy is talking to her (didnt seem like he had much game) yet he walked out with her. She was about an HB7.5. Taught be to be more on my feet for next time.

I'm not so quick about just completely dropping a girl when things like this happen. How is your prior rapport and would this be your first casual encounter? Perhaps she considered your invitation to your hottub as basically an invitation to come over and have crazy monkey style sex for 3hrs. Since it wasn't a planned event and a last minute invitation she may have had second thoughts on it once she hung up.
Dont get me wrong flaking is a terrible thing to condone but if all you are chasing here is tail I think you could still get it. Put her on the back burner or as a side project that you really dont care about. She could still give you good practice if nothing else. I would act aloof, but chances are that she will bring this up in the future.

Shes in my class (im a teacher), I dont talk to her all month, then at the end she gives me a note with her email. I'm married at the time so don't contact her. She then starts to visit me (along with some other guys there) and keeps bugging me to get a drink. Then she realizes I'm married but continues while I still turn her down. After a while I dont see her (for about a month). Then I split with my wife so I finally email her and she writes back and gives me her number and tells me to meet her at this club. I go but shes at another club (hitting on the female bartender). My friends say she came to see if I was there but left, maybe thinking I wasn't coming. She texts me but I dont have cell on me.
So a little times goes by, she comes by to see me a few times and then one nite I just decide to call her which is what I was describing in my original post.
She's been pretty suggestive, even coming to see me on her birthday dressed in shoes that she said "you keep on while you have sex". She also has a rep now for being pretty suggestive with other people.
