Was surprisingly accurate for me. To get a true bf % is difficult whatever method you use. You could buy some calipers and do your own skinfold. Better to get the best you can afford, metal rather than cheap plastic ones.

According to that, I have a 3% bodyfat. Amazing. What an animal I am.

yeah.. it said the same for me... 3% but what was really good was it said my ideal weight is 190 which is really close to what I'm aiming for. I weigh 170 now... good stuff

That was amazingly accurate, to my astonishment.
