Wise idea to go through the DJ bootcamp risking your reputation?

So I go to this school that has about 1200 people. It's on an island with black people, and I don't hit on black people. That limits my targets to about 600 girls, maybe 300 single girls, perhaps 25 HB5+ girls (this is an ugly school). I'm on week 4 of the DJ boot camp, where I need to get 10 rejections. I'm hesitant on this because words spread around this island fast, and if I appear too desperate (even though I'm actually just training) people will notice. I got a good rep so far with the girls, playing it aloof and C/F for about 4 months. I can definately tell that my image got me noticed since I'm the only one who says hi to everyone and hugs every girl I come across, and I get much better reactions from them during parties than I would otherwise in a club or bar where I'm a stranger. Would it be wise to go through all the parts of the DJ bootcamp anyway, or would it be better just to skip certain parts?

Whoah. An island of black people.

Yes, I would get 2 rejections if I were you. But rejections really aren't as emberassing as you think.

Has any girl ever come to you, upset, and complained that some guy asked for her #? I've never heard such a complaint.

get your rejections from non-students
That's the problem. We hardly ever go outside of our school once our semester starts. The only non-students here are professors and locals, and neither of those 2 I want to hit on. It's not only the problem of finding rejections, is the problem that you will hit on so many people that you will be labeled as a player.
