I did a search on here and on the net and there is more mention of 'Willingness to Leave' as a tactic than specifics or substance. This thread is designed to share examples of how one demonstrated the 'Willingness to Leave'. I started this so there can be a focused discussion of this vs. it being laced throughout many threads with little detail.

You let them know, subconsciously, that you can walk away/leave any time.
Think of the word respect.When women see a man who respects himself she'll know he won't tolerate being disrespected. He has a strong character. He'll mean what he says and won't say things he doesn't mean. This means less lies and less promises broken etc.
Guys who don't respect himself will usually tolerate bad behaviour from others. A woman will find out quickly the strength of a mans character. They are attracted to stronger characters. Maybe deep down they know that guys who respect themselves also respect others more.
Also do not put them on pedestals. You should never think/behave like any woman is better then you. When they see this they'll know that they're not immune to being dumped.

You pull that from them its like you've pulled the floor off from under her feet. She'll know not to do that again.
And if it doesnt work, leave her with no attention for much longer and focus on something else till she comes back with an apology.

When you are willing to leave, as opposed to beg for her attention or to comply with your desired outcome, you prove that you respect yourself, and that you have other a "life" to tend to.
