ok heres the deal

every weekend i work with this lass who im pretty sure is attracted to me. Shes always playin with her hair, bendin over infront of me, touchin me and flirting with me. infact we spend about 6hours flirtin per weekend. (we dnt get very much work done....) Another reason which makes me think she likes me is because she's always commenting how much im like her bf.. They've been off and on for a while but i dont think they gettin along at th moment.

Sounds very similar to the situation I'm in, other than the age difference. That could be a huge barrier if you're looking at her in long-term prospects. It all depends on what you want from this (sex, future relationship, etc.). If you're like me (and fancy a girl who isn't someone you'd want to pump & dump), looks like you have to look elsewhere for now. If you just want some booty action, I think your chances are increased. I'd keep doing what you're doing and up it little by little. Sounds like it's working so far.

the best way to get her to make a move (subtle or not so suble) is for you to pull yourself together and realize that she's playin with you. bending over in front of you? yeah she knows that you like her and she's having a great time flexing the power that she knows she has over you.

add to the fact that she's in her late twenties she's definitely gaming. if things are as flirty as you make it out to be the best way to spark some life into this is to have your gf (or a girl you're seeing) to come by the job and pick you up from work. some way, make sure that this coworker chick sees it. the next day you'll see a whole new animal.

however if you dont have a current girl that you can make her jealous with then proceed with a real bold move; when she's laughing at one of your jokes just grab her up and kiss her real passionately. again if things are how you say/think they are this wont get you slapped. it'll make you look confident, but you cant flynch AT ALL. it has to be congruent. try this and see what happens---if you have the guts of course.
