In a long term relationship, is it bad to talk about what's going on at your job. Should you stay way from saying negative things about your job. What can you say and can't you say about your job. What will lower your girls interest level in a relationship? Should you only talk about your job in a positive manner even when alot of crap is taking place. Any comments will be appreciated...and is it ok to talk about crazy funny stuff that happens to people at the job.

I don't feel that most women enjoy dating a complainer. Not to say that your life has to be perfect, but unless you actually have a plan to better your your satisfaction, your discussions will come off as just complaining.
You know how we hate it when women constantly rag about the biotch at work who is trying to destroy her and mankind as we know it? Don't be like those women. Talk about the situation, make a plan, execute and then debrief with your partner.

Always be positive with everything in your life. If you don't have anything positive to say about your job, then don't say anything. Most of the time, in a job that you don't really like, you can find something positive or humorous to talk about.

absolutely. Even if youre not an optimist by nature, try at least not to complain about things or people htat make you unhappy. But still women prefer an optimist (ambitious) over a pessimist any day.
But in general no one should ever complain in front of someone else, even a friend would be hesitant to hear your problems....and believe me, everyone has their own problems.
