wierd body problem. half bigger then other half

yeah so i got this wierd problem with my body , its like my whole left side is stronger then my right , my leg muscles are bigger on the left leg then the right , same with pecks , and arms . its really wierd. anyone got any ideas how to even things out , or experianced same problem ?

Pretty much everyone I have come across has this. My right side is bigger and stronger than left, simply because it is the dominant side and I use it more often.

If you want to even things out, start lifting. Make sure you are keeping good perfect form and the bar is being pressed/picked up whatever in a parallel line. On your accessory work if you are using dumbbells, keep the weights on the dominant side the same from week to week until your left side catches up.

When using dumbbells, lift with your left side first. Then do that same rep/weight with your right side.

That way, you're really stressing your left side and causing it to grow. While your right side will still grow and get stronger, the stimulus won't be equal and your left side will catch up in 6 months or so.

Somebody suggested that to me awhile back and it worked alright.

my left is more coordinated and strong than my right and I'm right handed.
