If you look at the laws and the punishments that go with them in this country, you quickly see that the punishments do not fit the crime!

-a man can murder 19 people and get 6 years, yet a kid in possession of a large amount of marijuana will do 40 years in jail.

The punishments in our broken justice system DO NOT FIT THE CRIME!

Some people are expecting a totally rational explanation for why it is okay to kill a cop in cold blood. But here's my question for those people:

Why would you hold us to a higher standard on this than the same justice system that you side with?

Its clear the justice system in this country has flawed logic, and is being held to a poor standard. The punishments dont fit the crimes, and the explanations for those punishments dont make sense!

So in short, we only need to be held to the same standard as the justice system these cops are working for. (why should we be held higher?) So therefore, our explanation really doesnt need to make sense at all! If its justified to give someone who murdered 19 people only 6 years, then it is justified to kill a cop just for being an @sshole. its doesnt need to make sense, the standards for logical reasoning dontt need to be high.

There you go, cop killing is justified!

clearly, punishments dont need to fit the crimes.

Tell it to the judge.
Of course it wont make sense to the judge. hell, it doesnt matter if it really does or doesnt. The judge's decision doesnt even need to make sense. Atleast thats how it works in this country. broken justice system!

so how did I lose with my justification for killing a cop?

explain and use logic, oh but try not to be too logical, you might end up putting the logical reasoning of the justice system to shame.

At this point you probably have a woman (or multiple women) chasing you around, calling you all the time, wanting to be with you. So let's talk about how to KEEP a woman interested in you once you have her. This is BIG! There is nothing worse than getting dumped by a woman that you really, really like.

right, Im mentally retarted becuase Im making sense?

the judge doesn need to make sense when he gives a punishment that doesnt fit the crime? so why should I need to make sense when I say a cop should be killed just for being a b1Tch?

now, what would be mentally retarded would be for me to need to make sense, oh but the justice system which you pig lovers side with does not? now that would be mentally retarded.

Do you crucify a Subway worker for not serving eggs after 11am? They're just enforcing policy. You can't shoot a Subway worker just because you like eggs in the afternoon and it makes no sense that they stop serving them at 11am.

What you can do is find out whose responsible for such a ridiculous policy, lobby and try to influence others and the people responsible so that change may happen.

Lay off the weed it's causing your suggestible mind to wander off in to dangerous territory.

Cite your sources. Name me one serial killer—academically defined as murdering at least three people spanning a period of time greater than 30 days, although for our purposes you can forget about the timeline—who has ever been convicted of such a light prison sentence. Furthermore, cite cases whereby people convicted of first-degree murder, as opposed to, say, involuntary manslaughter, who were handed such a light sentence. Be certain to notice I said cases and people, because you need to demonstrate a systematic practice. Clearly, obviously, you are not serious about your statistics and until then your argumentative stance is arguably erroneous.

I agree the current penalties and sheer illegality for possession of illicit materials, particularly marijuana and maybe some others, are draconian and even counter-productive towards a safe society by encouraging organized crime, prohibiting safety measures and quality control, while incarcerating comparative innocence, but it makes a flimsy example supporting your argument. By flimsy I mean it's arguably the only readily conceivable example supporting your case. You are arguing a systemic pervasive inequity but where is the systematic failure? Murder, rape, kidnapping, child abuse, sexual molestation, armed robbery, carjacking, grand theft, embezzlement, burglary, arson—very serious crimes whereby most people convicted of such crimes would have their life effectively negatively affected for a good long while.
Some people are expecting a totally rational explanation for why it is okay to kill a cop in cold blood.
Yes...
But here's my question for those people:

Why would you hold us to a higher standard on this than the same justice system that you side with?
At no point in this rant of yours do you present a solid, credible, thought-provoking justification for your argumentative stance. There is no justification to murder anyone in cold blood and asking a question as your logical argument answers jack sh*t. It's not even logic. You are no different than conspiracy theorists of other varieties such as UFOs and JFK who are full of asking questions but notably characteristically arrive short on providing answers. A question is not an argumentative stance.

Speaking of conspiracy theorists, people who are prone to believing conspiracy theories do so out of the feeling their life has an external locus of control. In other words, they feel they chaotically whirl and spin around the Earth's geocentric axis, that life happens to them rather than by their own proactive leading where they want life to take them. Teenagers are most notorious for expressing the attitude of "Let's go f*ck the police" and that, I do believe, is probably rooted out of the fact their teenage years are usually the time during their "adult" life when they have the least control—financially, occupationally, socially, and educationally. Of course, naturally, people who commit crimes would also be top complainers. The poor are another demographic prone to conspiracy thinking and it's little wonder why. Most notably, as people grow older and steadily achieve greater control over their their lives, antagonistic attitudes towards the police tend to be rarer.
Our explanation really doesnt need to make sense at all!
Astrology, telepathy, dowsing, homeopathy, talking to the dead, past lives... they say that same phrase. Are you in good company?
It doesn't need to make sense, the standards for logical reasoning don't need to be high. There you go, cop killing is justified!
No, sir, you have justified the reason why police officers are necessary to protect society from people such as yourself. Finally, logic dictates that if it is justifiable to murder a police officer with no logical, rational, justification then it is perfectly and logically justifiable for you to be murdered for equally no reason.

If you have a problem with the current political system in which our justice department fits into, write to your local, state, and national representatives. Vote. However, keep it off of here. Thanks.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
