my groin and balls always hurt after doing squats? What am i doing wrong?
thanks
thanks
some people have different views on that. I need to do dynamic leg swings before squats. And I have read an article on T-nation about the benefits of static stretching before weights. Whatever works best for you.Drum&Bass said:You Should Never Stretch Before Lifting

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS FVCKING NEW JERSEY LOUDMOUTH IDIOT. HE IS FOREVER PUTTING HIS FOOT IN HIS MOUTH IN OTHER THREADS AND IS KNOWN FOR POSTING CRAP.Drum&Bass said:You Should Never Stretch Before Lifting
thats why warm up...or the same range range of motion with lighter weight.Your joints need to be lubricated and warm so you don't rip/break a tendon or a joint.
No you don't. But it's funny to have guys try to be contrary for spite. I use the term courting rather than dating because it has no conotation of expectation.mrRuckus said:Karmic Law #4: I do all those things to women and i get them all the time. If anything it plays into my hands because it sets up a precedent of me taking my sweet ass time replying back to them. What the heck? Who courts women anyway? And what's the deal with everyone having laws now?
