From time to time I see girls writing these sappy facebook posts about their boyfriends. Saying stuff like "even though we fight, you mean the world to me" or "through our ups and downs you've always been there" or "even though we don't always see eye to eye, I love you and you're amazing"

I most recently noticed this with a girl that I went to school with. She posted something like this about her boyfriend (who at first, didnt seem like her type AT ALL. Of course, he's mr. nice guy and she always went for rebels in the past.)

Why do some girls say stuff like this? It's like they over-dramatize their relationships for the facebook spotlight. These types of comments seem suspicious to me.

Sometimes people post cr@p to see what reaction they get from friends, it's almost a cry for attention. Here is an example, one of friends liked one of his friend picture of him posing next to an exotic car, not knowing the guy I posted a stupid comment "congratulations on the purchase of your new car", then all his real friends started to congratulate him because they thought he really bought the car, at the end the guy cleared things up and mention the car was rented. Was his intentions in people thinking he bought the car, showing wealth or attention seeking, I don't know but at the end he was called out on it.
Yep that sounds like a typical attention-seeking thing to do on social media. I just feel like so many girls I know love to over-dramatize thejr relationships on social media and make then appear better than they actually are

These women love drama, create it because their man isn’t floating their boat, and are willing to display it online. Helps their emotional rollercoaster go even faster and they get added attention from female friends…
It’s a double play
Second option, they’re liars doing for attention only…

Who gives a fvck.

You'll find that life gets much better when you focus on what's in your circle of control.

Make yourself happy. Women talk ****e. They are emotional and fickle.
At first I thought you were a female who got offended by my post

I'm just trying to understand female psychology

Imho, I think it's typically girls who want the world to THINK they're in a satisfying relationship. Or girls who love drama. Or both. It's like "oh even though we argue I love you so much." Why do you even have to mention the arguing part? To try to convey to the world that your relationship is stronger and more fulfilling to you than it actually is?Just to include the element of drama in your relationship and your life?
